The Total Solution for Exhibitions & Events

The Client – Operating in the Leisure Industry.

The Brief – The client required their supplier to securely store, control, pick, pack and organise collection and despatch for their attendance at small exhibition events to promote their brand, in locations such as the NEC and Earls Court.

The Solution – Working closely with Marketing, our Client Services Team ensured that orders were handled efficiently. This includes closely checking any stock availability problems upon receipt of the order, before submitting the order to the Production Department. Here, a trained team (who were used to working on this particular clients’ account) assembled the order – sometimes involving in excess of 15 pallets. Before they are packed, each item is individually checked. Any problems that arise are highlighted to the client, before receiving the clients’ final approval for the order to be despatched.

The Benefits - This process has been honed over the years, and now our team is accomplished at delivering what the client wants and needs – including knowing the maximum weight per box, which makes carrying them at the show itself much easier. We also arrange transport, using either our own fleet or by contracting one of our local preferred suppliers to despatch the goods. By finding efficient ways of managing the stock, we have saved our client several thousands of pounds.

Conclusion – By ensuring that we are a reliable, committed service we have made the client supremely happy. All stock is ordered on time, in pristine condition, boxes are clearly labeled and our client has commented on the fact that their shows are now much smoother to run, thanks to Aims Direct.
